Traci McCready
Traci is an expert at helping companies maximize organization performance through the development of human resource and talent management. She has a proven track record of analyzing business needs and applying innovative HR solutions. She has over 15 years experience leading human resource teams and in consulting roles. Traci has partnered with client from several industries such as energy, industrial manufacturing, retail, healthcare and technology. She is known for her passion in assisting her clients and her creative solutions.
Prior to joining Axiom, Traci was the Managing Director of the Southwest Region for Capital H Group, a consultancy specializing in Talent Management and Leadership Development. In addition, she also worked as a consultant for Accenture within their Human Performance line of business. Traci’s industry experience ranges from Vice President of Human Resources for Crystal to several other Sr. level Human Resource roles within International Motion Controls and Thorn, EMI.
Traci has been published in Training Magazine, News You Can Use and many other periodicals. She has been a frequent speaker on Effective Leadership, Human Capital Management and Understanding Today’s Workforce. She has presented these topics at venues such as the Gulf Coast Symposium, Chemical Industry Forum, VOC, and other local HR SIG’s. In addition Traci is certified in Performance Indicator, Myers Briggs, Birkman Method, Harrison Assessment and Devine Inventory.
Traci has an MBA, with a concentration in Organizational Development from West Virginia University and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations from Westminster College.
