Shannon SullivanMs. Sullivan brings a breadth of expertise in helping organizations design and implement high-impact, pragmatic, and enduring solutions to their talent-related challenges. Shannon is known for her ‘roll up the sleeves’ approach to solving problems and, because of this, builds close and lasting relationships with her clients. Her relaxed and personal consulting approach and desire to see her clients succeed drives Shannon towards seeking win/win solutions that meet both the needs of organization and the individuals impacted by change.
Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Shannon was a Senior Associate with Mercer Consulting’s Human Capital Business. During her years at Mercer, Shannon helped clients with an array of broad-based performance and rewards issues. She has served organizations in numerous industries, most recently focusing on helping clients in the insurance, energy, and not-for profit sectors.
Ms. Sullivan has been a speaker at the Chicago Compensation Association (CCA) on compensation policies and practices topics and is a professional member of Human Capital Institute. She has also authored published articles for Workspan magazine and Talent Management magazine.
Ms. Sullivan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She received a B.A. in Organizational Studies and Spanish.
