Sameer TejaniWith a background in computer engineering, Sameer brings a unique skill set to human capital consulting. He has worked with several organizations in North America and Asia to improve their operations, and achieve higher financial performance. Sameer has experience across a broad range of industries – finance, manufacturing, retail, logistics and technology.
Prior to joining Axiom, Sameer worked as a Global Business Operations Consultant at NCR Corporation and as a Business Consultant at CIL-Technosoft, primarily managing strategic operations-based projects. He started his consulting career as an analyst at Larsen & Toubro InfoTech Ltd.
Sameer is a professional member of Human Capital Institute and Business Intelligence forum. He has worked on several research papers including ‘Reverse Integration’, which focuses on integrating the people-related assets during mergers & acquisitions. He was the founder of RASES – A ‘speak easy’ society that helps engineers communicate their thoughts and ideas across a broad spectrum of business professionals.
Sameer earned his MBA degree from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Bombay, India.
