Dave DaneshDave has been helping large, complex organizations execute their strategies for 20 years, guiding management through complex change and organizational transformations, developing leaders, supporting large-scale leadership events, and marshaling the forces of dynamic teams to meet strategic objectives. He has worked across a variety of industries alongside leaders of multinational organizations and mid-market firms. In recent assignments he has helped organizations develop more effective, better aligned leadership; create and nurture new corporate culture; and improve their talent management processes. Throughout his career he has built expertise in strategy execution, leadership development, performance management/rewards and talent management, including one-on-one executive coaching.
Prior to joining Axiom, Dave was in senior consulting roles with Semler Brossy Consulting Group and Sibson & Company.
Mr. Danesh has been published in Directorship on issues relating to executive and director pay.
Dave has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Colgate University.
